Established in 2023, by Managing Director Phillip Saunders, GRIT Supply is an Aboriginal owned company providing high end + cost effective supply solutions in the mining, oil + gas, industrial, building + project sectors. We provide our clients with a unique opportunity to engage an Aboriginal owned company to provide supply + procurement offerings end to end.
Where clients have a requirement for a material, consumable, supply service or an integrated service offering through a broader group of owned + operated companies, GRIT Supply will procure, or engage where required.
Our mission is to embed our supply capability end to end with clients where + when required adding value where needed + to give back to the Aboriginal communities through educational scholarships + funding.

Phillip Saunders is a Bunganditj, Gunditjmara, Narungga man from South Australia, born in Berrin - Mount Gambier, on Bunganditj Country. Familiar with the hardships of life + limited opportunities, Phillip has overcome these challenges to create possibilities for himself + in the service of his community.
Phillip Saunders knows the importance of education + employment as being the key to creating life long + sustainable opportunities. After completing year 9, he entered the workforce stacking timber at a timber mill in Mount Gambier at the age of 15. After years of doing a variety of labouring jobs he completed a law degree + practised law for a number of years. Upon leaving the legal profession, Phillip has also held positions involving business strategy + development, board + corporate governance, project + risk management + Indigenous engagement. With his extensive skills + experience, Phillip brings drive + enthusiasm to the company.
